CapitaLand and Credo Group partnered to create a landmark luxury mixed use development in Jakarta comprising three towers of private residences, premium offices and exclusive townhouses, supported by curated retail, wellness, dining and entertainment experiences.

The ambition was to establish not simply a development, but a globally positioned address defined by presence, prestige and permanence.

In a competitive prime property market, our role was to craft a strategic brand platform capable of resonating with both local and international audiences.

We defined the positioning around architectural authority and symbolic standing, ensuring the development would be perceived as a beacon of international luxury living rather than simply another premium offering.

From this foundation, the name The Stature emerged expressing elevation in both physical and symbolic terms. The identity system was designed with restraint and precision, conveying confidence and refinement through proportion, structure and clarity.

By aligning naming, luxury branding and residential positioning under one cohesive narrative, ADELAHAYE created a powerful property brand designed to support long term value, investor appeal and architectural legacy.
