Luxury Resort in South Lombok

In the Hospitality & Destinations sector, our objective was to create an international wellness-focused hospitality brand for land assets situated in the remote islands between Indonesia and Australia.

Embracing the luxury wellness retreat market, our strategic approach leveraged the island’s secluded location and rich cultural history to craft a distinctive brand, named SIWA. This initiative permeated through facilities, architecture, and manifested across all service touch-points, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and dining experiences.

Despite challenges posed by COVID-19, the successful launch of SIWA signifies the culmination of its development, showcasing promising potential as a noteworthy player in the international wellness hospitality arena.
