Developed by SP SETIA and valued at USD $465 million, the fifty seven storey condominium and hotel tower required a clear and compelling brand platform to position the project effectively within Melbourne’s sophisticated property landscape.

ADELAHAYE created the strategic brand foundation, visual identity and full suite of marketing and production assets, developing a distinctive visual language and communications system to support global sales and investor engagement.

Through a carefully crafted narrative and design approach, UNO was positioned as a landmark opportunity in the heart of central Melbourne, enabling the development to stand out within a complex and competitive property market.

Local style with global reach

Opus Park is a partnership between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and Hankyu Hanshen in Jakarta’s suburb of Sentul City,  an upscale three tower development and connecting rooftop bridge that encompasses a wealth of facilities.

We worked exclusively with the teams in Jakarta and Tokyo to create the brand strategy and identity then working with our partners created a suite of marketing materials utilising print, video and hologram projections.  We developed with the team an iconic marketing gallery and show suite that remains one of the more admired in the region.

ADELAHAYE partnered with the well-established jewellery retailer Semer to develop a distinctive and future-focused brand, building on its strong presence within the Indonesian retail landscape.

Diamond Pavilion branding engaged a comprehensive brand strategy, informed by stakeholder consultations and focused group sessions, we defined a clear positioning, narrative, and direction for the business.

This strategic foundation informed the creation of a new brand identity and retail expression, designed to elevate and differentiate their diamond jewellery offering.

The resulting brand narrative centres on the idea of a diamond as a marker of personal achievement and meaningful life milestones, shaping not only the visual identity but also the broader brand experience, communications, and in-store storytelling.
