Collaborating closely with the founder and key stakeholders, we undertook a comprehensive rebranding initiative for a leading Jakarta-based property developer. 

Our focus was on showcasing the developer’s extensive regional projects across Indonesia to attract both domestic and international investors. 

This involved revising the brand strategy, emphasizing the group’s new vision and values. In conjunction with the updated strategy, we crafted a distinct visual language and communication strategy, unveiling them in 2023 alongside the introduction of two iconic properties in Bali.

Building on the success of the launch, we expanded the business horizon by introducing a new vertical – upscale luxury townhouses situated in South Jakarta. This strategic move aimed to diversify the developer’s portfolio and capture a niche market in the upscale property sector.

Collaborates with local communities

Patua Honey is a brand that we developed with the key stakeholders and farming cooperation that embraces slow living and natures bounty. 

This hand harvested honey brand was created to reflect the farmers passion and pride in there product and the great lengths that they go to in order to ensure quality and continuation of the ancient art of honey cultivation. 

Our branding work reflects the natural, sustainable elements of the product and the handpicked batched exclusivity of the product,  it is sold through exclusive retailers and a portion of proceeds go to support farmers and preserve the bee’s natural habitat.

Born out of an ambition for change

Sustainable travel and light footprint hospitality define a new era of destination building, where immersive design meets purposeful development.

We crafted the brand strategy and identity for Cloud Collective, an outdoor hospitality venture building destinations for the modern world.

Positioned at the intersection of development expertise and operational excellence, Cloud Collective is redefining speed to market, low impact construction and soulful encounters in some of the most sought after locations globally. At the heart of the brand is a clear ambition: to combine deep expertise in development and operations to create a collective of experiential hospitality brands for the modern world.

As part of this mandate, we developed the strategy and identity for KAIA, created for Bound & Beyond. Our role extended into concept generation and interior direction for projects in Thailand, including strategic and creative input for ROAM, as well as advisory work shaping emerging destination concepts in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea development zones and within the vineyards of Tuscany.

Across each engagement, we translated vision into cohesive brand worlds, aligning strategy, narrative, spatial concepts and guest experience into future facing hospitality ecosystems rooted in sustainability, authenticity and modern experiential travel.

Luxury property branding defines THE MERTASARI, an ultra luxury residential concept in Sanur, developed by O&O Developments in collaboration with Philippe Starck design.

ADELAHAYE Strategic Branding was appointed to develop the brand strategy and identity for this landmark luxury real estate development in Bali, positioning it as a refined beachfront address rooted in culture, design excellence and long term value. Drawing from the rich history and spiritual significance of Mertasari Beach, we crafted a narrative inspired by themes of renewal, heritage and coastal ritual, translating local meaning into a globally resonant brand story for international buyers.

Our work encompassed strategic positioning, brand narrative, visual identity and launch communications, aligning the development vision with contemporary architecture and Sanur’s legacy as Bali’s original luxury seaside enclave. The result is a distinctive and culturally grounded luxury residential brand that elevates THE MERTASARI beyond property into destination living.

Luxury residential branding defines ESME Boxhill Junction, a refined townhouse development in Melbourne, brought to life by Singaporean developer Figtree Developments. As Figtree’s inaugural venture in Australia, the project was conceived for discerning urban residents seeking privacy, architectural quality and elevated living within one of Melbourne’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

ADELAHAYE Strategic Branding was appointed to shape the brand strategy and identity, positioning the development not simply as a collection of townhouses, but as a new residential destination. We conceptualised and defined “Boxhill Junction” as a distinct address, strategically leveraging its location between Box Hill and Blackburn to create a sense of place, connectivity and long term value.

Through strategic positioning, narrative development and visual identity creation, we established ESME as a contemporary luxury address grounded in lifestyle, accessibility and architectural refinement.

57 Promenade is a luxury integrated development, featuring three towers, introduces a distinctive boardwalk and lakeside ambiance, creating an ideal setting for active lifestyles, retail, and entertainment in the city’s core.

Collaborating with esteemed developer Intiland, Broadway Malyan, and leading international consultants, we spearheaded the brand direction and communications for this highly successful and iconic project.

An Iconic Sanctuary Townhomes

Woodland Melbourne engaged our teams in Melbourne and Jakarta to spearhead the property branding and marketing for the creation of 16 luxurious townhouses, starting from $1,395,000, in Ormond, a lesser-known yet well-developed suburb in Melbourne, targeting overseas investors. Given Ormond’s proximity to the famous Brighton suburb, we developed a strategic brand approach that prominently featured the renowned Brighton beach.

This thematic strategy was seamlessly executed across all marketing materials, encompassing the logo, the utilization of maps as the hero image and brochure front cover, and even influencing the design of the buildings themselves.

The collaborative efforts of our Melbourne and Jakarta teams played a pivotal role in the success of Ormond One, as it experienced robust demand from overseas investors and achieved a complete sell-out within just six months of its launch.

Luxury Resort in South Lombok

In the Hospitality & Destinations sector, our objective was to create an international wellness-focused hospitality brand for land assets situated in the remote islands between Indonesia and Australia.

Embracing the luxury wellness retreat market, our strategic approach leveraged the island’s secluded location and rich cultural history to craft a distinctive brand, named SIWA. This initiative permeated through facilities, architecture, and manifested across all service touch-points, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and dining experiences.

Despite challenges posed by COVID-19, the successful launch of SIWA signifies the culmination of its development, showcasing promising potential as a noteworthy player in the international wellness hospitality arena.
