Commitment of A Sense of Community

Collaborating closely with the founder and key stakeholders, we undertook a comprehensive rebranding initiative for a leading Jakarta-based property developer. 

Our focus was on showcasing the developer’s extensive regional projects across Indonesia to attract both domestic and international investors. 

This involved revising the brand strategy, emphasizing the group’s new vision and values. In conjunction with the updated strategy, we crafted a distinct visual language and communication strategy, unveiling them in 2023 alongside the introduction of two iconic properties in Bali.

Building on the success of the launch, we expanded the business horizon by introducing a new vertical – upscale luxury townhouses situated in South Jakarta. This strategic move aimed to diversify the developer’s portfolio and capture a niche market in the upscale property sector.
