We partnered with Tokyu Land Indonesia to create Arden Grove, a new retail and lifestyle destination in the heart of Jakarta’s Mega Kuningan district. Conceived as a contemporary urban sanctuary, the project reimagines the traditional shopping mall through a more curated, experience-led approach.

Our scope encompassed the development of a comprehensive brand strategy, defining the positioning, audience, and narrative for Arden Grove as a next-generation lifestyle hub. This strategic foundation informed the creation of a distinctive brand identity and visual language, designed to resonate with a modern, design-conscious audience while aligning with the wider urban context of Mega Kuningan.

Extending beyond identity, we shaped the overall retail branding and spatial direction, ensuring a seamless integration between brand, architecture, and experience. From naming and messaging to environmental graphics and communications, every touchpoint was considered to create a cohesive and engaging destination.

Arden Grove is envisioned as more than a retail space — it is a social and cultural platform, blending retail, dining, and community into a refined lifestyle experience tailored to Jakarta’s evolving urban audience.

Oakwood Residences Jimbaran is a luxury branded residences and villa development located in one of Bali’s most prestigious coastal destinations. Positioned within the established hospitality enclave of Jimbaran, the project brings together contemporary tropical architecture, refined interiors, and the global hospitality expertise of Oakwood, part of the Ascott portfolio.

ADELAHAYE was engaged to develop the brand strategy, identity, and creative direction for the project, establishing a distinctive brand narrative that positions the development as a modern sanctuary connected to Bali’s landscape, culture, and coastal lifestyle.

The branding concept draws inspiration from the natural textures and rhythms of Bali’s shoreline, translating these elements into a refined visual language expressed across the project’s identity, marketing communications, and branded environments. The result is a brand that balances modern sophistication with a strong sense of place.

Located within a prime beachfront enclave in Jimbaran and surrounded by some of Bali’s leading luxury resorts, the development combines private villas and residences with a curated clubhouse and hospitality services managed by Oakwood. This integration of hospitality management and residential living creates a compelling proposition for both residents and investors, blending the comfort of private ownership with the convenience and reliability of a global serviced residence operator. 

The project reflects ADELAHAYE’s wider expertise in branded residences, where hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle branding converge. Through brand strategy, identity design, and creative storytelling, the studio helped establish a cohesive brand platform that communicates the development’s vision of contemporary Bali living.

Luxury Residential Branding & Activation in Jakarta, Indonesia

Working with the Jakarta based developer Asiana Group, ADELAHAYE Strategic Branding was commissioned to develop the brand strategy, identity and marketing activation embodying true luxury property branding atTwo Senopati.  A sophisticated new luxury residential development located between the prestigious Senopati neighbourhood and the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) in South Jakarta. 

Positioned within one of Jakarta’s most dynamic and desirable urban districts, the project introduces an exclusive collection of approximately 100 private residences designed to appeal to discerning urban professionals and global investors seeking a refined city lifestyle in the heart of the capital. 

Our task was to create a distinctive residential brand that captures the energy, sophistication and cosmopolitan character of Senopati and SCBD while positioning Two Senopati as a refined sanctuary above the city. The strategy centred around the idea of balance, expressing the harmony between modern urban living, wellness, lifestyle and connectivity to Jakarta’s leading business, dining and cultural destinations.

ADELAHAYE developed a comprehensive brand platform and visual identity system designed to resonate with a new generation of affluent city residents. The brand language reflects contemporary elegance and architectural clarity, while the communication strategy highlights the project’s unique position at the intersection of business, lifestyle and community.

Beyond the core identity, our work extended into a full suite of brand activation and marketing assets, including property marketing materials, digital platforms, sales environments and visual storytelling tools designed to bring the Two Senopati lifestyle to life for prospective buyers.

The result is a confident and contemporary residential brand that positions Two Senopati as one of Jakarta’s most compelling addresses, a place where architecture, lifestyle and location combine to create a new benchmark for luxury urban living in the capital.

Modern Italian Supper Club At Grand Hyatt

ADELAHAYE was commissioned to create the complete restaurant branding and design for Club Italiano, a contemporary Italian dining concept developed for Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Designed as a refined yet approachable social destination, Club Italiano reinterprets classic Italian culture through a modern hospitality lens, blending heritage, craft, and conviviality.

Our work encompassed brand strategy, naming, visual identity, tone of voice, and spatial storytelling, shaping a cohesive brand world that translates seamlessly across architecture, interiors, menus, signage, uniforms, and guest touchpoints. The identity draws inspiration from Italy’s rich culinary traditions, café culture, and social rituals, expressed through a confident typographic system, bold colour palette, and a graphic language rooted in timeless Italian elegance.

Club Italiano was conceived as a place of gathering, where food, conversation, and atmosphere come together to create a vibrant and enduring destination within Jakarta’s dining scene.

The project has been featured by the World Brand Design Society, recognising the strength of its strategic foundation and distinctive visual expression.

From Identity to Immersion

ADELAHAYE was appointed to lead the complete transformation of a former Alila Studios property into KLEO Seminyak,  the first JdV by Hyatt hotel in Indonesia. From brand strategy and storytelling to architectural reconfiguration and interior design, our team shaped every facet of the guest experience.At the heart of the project is KLEO, a fictional muse embodying the eclectic, creative spirit of Seminyak.Her character became the foundation for the hotel’s identity, inspiring everything from the bold mural facade to custom furnishings, curated music, and sensory detailing.Through a collaborative and design-led process, the existing structure was stripped back and reimagined to reflect a fresh, layered personality. We introduced new spatial logic, softened the architecture with tropical textures, and infused the interiors with curated colour, materiality, and cultural nuance.The result is a vibrant, living environment that balances playfulness with depth,  a true expression of Seminyak’s energy, elevated through the lens of a global lifestyle brand.

ADELAHAYE led the brand strategy and identity development for Nirvana Life Bali, a leading wellness and holistic lifestyle destination in Bali, Indonesia.

The brief focused on redefining and elevating the brand’s positioning within the competitive wellness retreat and conscious living market in Bali and across Asia Pacific.

Working closely with the founders, ADELAHAYE developed a comprehensive brand strategy rooted in purpose, transformation and community. The strategic framework clarified Nirvana Life’s core pillars across yoga, breathwork, holistic healing, performance wellness and conscious living, creating a cohesive narrative for both local and international audiences seeking immersive wellbeing experiences in Bali.

The rebrand extended beyond visual identity. ADELAHAYE established a structured brand architecture, tone of voice and messaging system to unify the retreat’s programmes, facilities and expanding service offer.

The visual identity was designed to express balance, vitality and contemporary spirituality, resulting in a refined yet accessible brand presence aligned with Nirvana Life’s mission of sustainable personal growth and community connection.

Deliverables included brand positioning, brand architecture, identity system, typography, colour strategy, digital brand guidelines and communication frameworks.

The outcome strengthened Nirvana Life’s presence as one of Bali’s most recognised wellness destinations, supporting continued growth in retreats, memberships, events and international partnerships.

Through strategy led design and disciplined brand thinking, ADELAHAYE transformed Nirvana Life into a cohesive, scalable and internationally relevant wellness brand deeply connected to place.

ADELAHAYE Strategic Branding led the development of a bespoke all club luxury concept, delivering comprehensive brand strategy, visual identity, guest experience design and restaurant branding. From the overarching hotel positioning through to the culinary concepts and dining identities, the work established a cohesive brand ecosystem across rooms, lounges and food and beverage venues.

ADELAHAYE partnered with Astraland Indonesia on their joint venture development with Sinarmas Land to create the brand name, brand strategy and visual identity for ALTEA BLVD, a landmark residential destination in Indonesia.

Positioned to redefine contemporary luxury living, ALTEA BLVD required a distinctive brand that would stand apart within the competitive premium property market. Moving beyond the restrained and conventional aesthetics often associated with luxury real estate branding in the region, ADELAHAYE developed a progressive brand strategy rooted in vitality, wellbeing and elevated urban lifestyle.

The name ALTEA BLVD was conceived as a confident and memorable expression of modern living; abstract yet aspirational, designed to signal movement, openness and connection. The visual identity embraces bold geometric forms and a vibrant, nature inspired colour palette, establishing a dynamic and future facing residential brand.

Through strategic positioning, naming development and a cohesive visual language, ADELAHAYE delivered a distinctive property brand that aligns commercial ambition with cultural nuance.
