Retail Beyond Commerce

We partnered with Tokyu Land Indonesia to create Arden Grove, a new retail and lifestyle destination in the heart of Jakarta’s Mega Kuningan district. Conceived as a contemporary urban sanctuary, the project reimagines the traditional shopping mall through a more curated, experience-led approach.

Our scope encompassed the development of a comprehensive brand strategy, defining the positioning, audience, and narrative for Arden Grove as a next-generation lifestyle hub. This strategic foundation informed the creation of a distinctive brand identity and visual language, designed to resonate with a modern, design-conscious audience while aligning with the wider urban context of Mega Kuningan.

Extending beyond identity, we shaped the overall retail branding and spatial direction, ensuring a seamless integration between brand, architecture, and experience. From naming and messaging to environmental graphics and communications, every touchpoint was considered to create a cohesive and engaging destination.

Arden Grove is envisioned as more than a retail space — it is a social and cultural platform, blending retail, dining, and community into a refined lifestyle experience tailored to Jakarta’s evolving urban audience.
