When Keraton at The Plaza, Jakarta joined The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, the property required a refined brand strategy and guest experience concept to elevate its position within Jakarta’s luxury hospitality market.
The brief called for a distinctive identity that balanced Indonesian heritage with contemporary sophistication, aligning the hotel with Hyatt’s global standards while preserving its independent character.
