ADELAHAYE partnered with the well-established jewellery retailer Semer to develop a distinctive and future-focused brand, building on its strong presence within the Indonesian retail landscape.

Diamond Pavilion branding engaged a comprehensive brand strategy, informed by stakeholder consultations and focused group sessions, we defined a clear positioning, narrative, and direction for the business.

This strategic foundation informed the creation of a new brand identity and retail expression, designed to elevate and differentiate their diamond jewellery offering.

The resulting brand narrative centres on the idea of a diamond as a marker of personal achievement and meaningful life milestones, shaping not only the visual identity but also the broader brand experience, communications, and in-store storytelling.
