Brand Designer

We are searching for a talented designer for Brand Design to lead our small but highly effective creative unit under the direction of our Creative Director he or she will be required to deliver regional and centralised creative solutions including design, artwork and digital concepts as well manage projects and workflow for existing clients.

This person will have the opportunity to develop creative solutions for campaigns and all brand communications.  The output of design work is varied and involves a good range of print and digital disciplines.  

As well as generating ideas and designs there is also a strong element of artworking template driven communications for regional requirements so you will need to be comfortable adapting to changing studio requirements.  This role offers the chance to work with key regional contacts to deliver campaign work that is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice, sharing design best practice.  Working closely with the clients, creative director and third parties, this person is involved in all marketing and creative projects, from design through to delivery.  

This is a great opportunity for a senior looking to take on some additional responsibility.  There may be some international travel from time to time.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent English spoken and written.
  • At least 1 - 3 years commercial experience in brand or graphic design.
  • Expert level of proficiency in Adobe Create Suite.
  • Previous experience of direct client interaction and expectation management.
  • Somebody who enjoys taking a job from initial creative stages through to setting up faultless artwork for print and launch.
  • Good understanding or pre-production and print processes.
  • A confident communicator with an adaptable and flexible approach.
